Charles and Federico – Lake Garda Same-Sex Wedding

First of all, I love to capture all kinds of weddings, all kinds of people. #lovewins, no matter if heterosexual, gay or whatever. But as the majority of my weddings are hetero, of course, gay weddings are always some kind of special for me to photograph but I truly hope this will change in the next years as this should be a very normal thing also here in Italy (even if we house the Vatican ;-)
Anyway, Charles and Federico live in London, UK and got married on the beautiful Lake Garda. It was a wonderfully hot and sunny day when I first drove to Sirmione (it’s a commune in the province of Brescia, in Lombardy (northern Italy). It is bounded by the communes of Desenzano del Garda (Lombardy) and Peschiera del Garda in the province of Verona and the region of Veneto. It has a historical center which is located on the Sirmione peninsula that divides the lower part of Lake Garda. Source: Wikipedia). They both got dressed at Flaminia Hotel, from there we went to an absolutely stunning wedding venue: Fondazione Ugo Da Como in Lonato del Garda. Once you see the photographs you will see there is no need to say anything more about their wedding, wonderful people, a lot of fun, tears of joy and fireworks. Here are the photographs of Charles and Federico’s wonderful wedding:
