If you have any questions regarding my service, please don’t hesitate to contact me. In the meantime, here some Q&A:
Why are your rates not on your website?
I’ll be happy to send you more info about me and my rates but I would love to know some more details about you and your wedding: email@example.com
We don’t live in Italy. How can we talk?
Most of my clients hire me without an in-person meeting but I’m also happy to set up a Skype/FaceTime video call with you whenever you are available.
Do you travel for weddings?
I do. I love to travel. I’ve shot weddings in Canada, USA, Spain, Germany, UK, Switzerland, France, Monte-Carlo and all Italy of course.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, it’s a great way for you to get some beautiful pictures to use for your wedding invitations, for your walls at home, your Facebook or wherever you want to look nice. I call them ‘YOU-Session’ and here are some sessions on my blog: click me.
Will you also take family portraits?
Yes, of course. Often a wedding is the only time where all the family members will be in the same place at the same time, and I think it’s important to document that. However, I usually try not to spend more than 10-15 minutes for family pictures and maybe a large group shot after the ceremony.
How many images will you deliver?
I’ll deliver around 500/600 images.
Will we get images in hi-res?
Yes. You’ll get all images, post-processed and as high-resolution digital files (JPG).
When will we get our photos?
2 weeks after your wedding you’ll get a slideshow with my fav’s from your wedding. Within 4 weeks after your wedding you’ll get all the images – ready to be printed – with an password-protected online gallery.
How long will the online slideshow be available?
Your slideshow will be available for you and your friends all over the world for at least 6 months, the online gallery for minimum 1 year.
Will you retouch our photos?
I’ll do editing for contrast, white balance, colour and b/w but I’m not a professional retoucher. I will not “photoshop” your images to take a person out of a picture, smooth wrinkles on your aunt’s face. I’m there to capture your wedding day as it really happened :-)
Are you a member of photography associations?
Yep. Here you’ll find the associations I’m part of: click here.
What can you say about wedding albums?
I believe having your wedding images printed is extremely important. A wedding album will follow you for the rest of your life and one day you’ll be happy and proud to show it to your kids.
How can we book?
Easy. A deposit and electronic agreement via Adobe EchoSign are required to save your date. I can’t hold any dates without those two things
