A few days ago finally arrived my copy of 'Capturing Love - The Art of Lesbian and Gay Wedding Photography' at my studio and I am very pleased two of my photos are featured. A few days ago finally arrived my copy of ‘Capturing Love – The Art of Lesbian and Gay Wedding Photography‘ at my studio and I am very pleased two of my photos are featured. It’s also a great opportunity to post Chiara and Laura’s beautiful lesbian wedding :-)
When they both asked me to document their wedding I immediately agreed and could not wait for it. I’ve always wanted to shoot a same-sex marriage and… just a few miles from my studio. It was a beautiful wedding, very emotional and full of tears, and I can always say only: whether man or woman, important is that there is love.
The symbolic ceremony was held by Don Franco Barbero, a former Italian priest and activist, known for his criticism of the doctrine, liturgy and the magisterium of the Catholic Church, because of which he was defrocked by Pope John Paul II at the beginning of 2003. The wedding took place at the ‘Locanda della Torre Antica‘ in Alassio, Liguria, Italy.

I'm very pleased today to blog the Diana and Declan's Wedding in Siena, Tuscany. This super nice and beautiful couple has celebrated a wedding how I love it: they flew from London to Tuscany and brought their closest relatives and friends to get married in the town hall of Siena. Ellie and Adam | Wedding in Barberino Val D’Elsa, Tuscany

When I spoke for the first time with Ellie and Adam on Skype about their wedding in Tuscany, I was immediately impressed by both. So sympathetic and a beautiful couple, a wonderfully organized wedding in the beautiful Villa Il Santo in Barberino Val d'Elsa, near Florence. Ellie and her family are originally from Iran, Adam and his family are from Poland. All live in Montreal, Canada and I'm looking forward to meet up with them for dinner after my wedding in February in Montreal :-)

For us wedding photographers usually we have a pretty exhausting summer season, but a little more time when it is colder, as now, in January. But mostly, there are still a lot of weddings to publish from the past months, as this nice wedding of Laura and Alessandro in Courmayeur, Italy. When I look at their pictures now, with several months apart, I am so happy for them and for all the guests. It has been a simple and intimate wedding, but very sentimental and romantic. When I look at their pictures now, with several months apart, I am so happy for them and for all the guests. It has been a simple and intimate wedding, but very sentimental and romantic. And of course in a beautiful area, right at the foot of Mont Blanc, Courmayeur. The religious ceremony was held in the church of Pre-Saint-Didier, and the wedding reception at the Hotel Mont Blanc in La Salle.
